The Chief Executive Officer of B Lord Group of Companies and Bill Point App, Dr. Linus Williams popularly known as BLord has advised the Nigeria Youths to be hard working, Deligent and Consistent in their endeavors.
Williams stated this at 37 Annual General Meeting, Awards and Gala Night at the International Conference Centre (ICC) Enugu State, organized by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, South East Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi State

BLord stated that Professionals, often attribute success to their talent or natural ability or those who are gifted in their field. However, he has learnt from his experiences that for you to become a successful youth, hard work, Deligence and Consistency are the keys to achieving success.
Linus Williams who was recently awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree by St. Paul University Awka Anambra State stated that while Nigeria youths pursue talents, they should also all add it with hard work “ in his words, “I have since realized that hard work is more important than talent in achieving success.
According to him “It is not enough to make the effort and to say we’ll make the effort. We must actually make the effort. It’s in the doing, not just the thinking, that we accomplish our goals.” Hard work is essential in accomplishing anything in life. Whether it is in your personal or professional life, success requires effort and dedication.
Dr. Linus Williams (BLord) was given an award of Excellence in information Technology & Fintech Innovation by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria MAN South East Anambra Enugu and Ebonyi States along side with Senator Osita Izunaso, OFR, Senator (Dr) Victor Umeh OFR, Prof Obiora Okonkwo, Prof Joseph Ugboaja HRM (Dr) Oranu Chris Chidume and High Chief (Dr) Chris Ndubisi
